General Inquiries

For any questions regarding tour packages, bookings, or travel-related services, kindly reach out to us using the contact details mentioned on our website or your booking confirmation. Our travel experts are always happy to assist you.

Payments Policy

To confirm your booking, an initial deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining amount must be paid either before your departure date or upon arrival at your destination, based on the package terms. Please note that during peak tourist seasons, full payment may be required upfront due to limited availability and high demand.

Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Visa and MasterCard

• Bank Transfers

• Cheques (subject to clearance time)

A 3% transaction fee applies to all credit card payments. Our bank details will be shared in your invoice. Kindly allow 5–7 business days for cheque payments to process.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The cancellation terms are as follows:

• Cancellations made 45 days or more before the travel date: eligible for a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee and applicable taxes.

• Cancellations made within 45 days of the travel date: non-refundable.

• No-shows, early departures, or unused services are not eligible for refunds.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days in the original method of payment.

Date Change Policy

One date change per booking is allowed free of charge with at least 60 days’ written notice. Additional date changes will be treated as cancellations, and standard cancellation fees will apply. All changes are subject to availability.

Limitation of Liability

• All rates are subject to change until full payment is made and confirmed. Variations may occur due to changes in taxes, government fees, fuel surcharges, or exchange rates.

• Sample itineraries are indicative and may vary based on weather, road conditions, and other factors. We reserve the right to alter schedules or substitute services for the safety and satisfaction of our guests.

• We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control such as political unrest, natural calamities, flight delays, or technical issues. In such instances, we will make every effort to assist you, but recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance, which is not included in our packages.

• We disclaim any implied warranties and shall not be liable for incidental damages. Any refund, where applicable, shall be made at our sole discretion.

Dispute Resolution

We strive to resolve any concerns or disputes through open and fair communication. If unresolved, any legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India, and shall be governed by Indian law.
