Tour Itinerary

Day 1Arrival at Munnar and All-Day Tour

Upon arrival at Cochin International Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station, our executive will pick you up and take you on a scenic drive to Munnar. As you ascend through winding roads lined with tea gardens and waterfalls, you’ll feel the fresh mountain air welcoming you to this beautiful hill station.

After checking in at the hotel and freshening up, start your Munnar exploration with a visit to Mattupetty Dam, where the breathtaking reservoir reflects the surrounding hills and tea plantations. A short drive away, the Mattupetty Dairy Farm offers a glimpse into the region’s high-altitude cattle farming practices.

Next, head to Attukad Waterfalls and Lakkom Waterfalls, two of Munnar’s most scenic cascades, where you can relax, take photos, or even splash around in the cool waters. Later, visit Kundala Lake, a pristine spot where you can enjoy a peaceful boat ride and take in the tranquil beauty of Munnar’s green valleys.

Day 2All-Day Tour at Munnar

Begin your day with an adventurous trek through Munnar’s picturesque hills. Whether you choose Meesapulimala, Echo Point, or Top Station, the journey will be filled with breathtaking views, mist-covered trails, and fresh mountain air. At the summit, you’ll be rewarded with panoramic views of the lush Western Ghats.

Later, visit Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and rolling grasslands that stretch as far as the eye can see. The park offers a chance to see wildlife in their natural habitat and enjoy the stunning scenery of Kerala’s first national park.

Wrap up your day with a visit to the Tata Tea Plantation, where you’ll get a first-hand experience of the tea-making process—from plucking to processing and packaging. A leisurely walk through the endless tea gardens is a perfect way to unwind before heading back to your hotel for a relaxing night.

Day 3Arrival at Kumarakom and All-Day Tour (4 hours – 153 km)

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and embark on a beautiful drive down from the hills to Kumarakom, where the landscape transforms into vast backwaters and lush coconut groves.

Start your Kumarakom experience with a houseboat ride on Vembanad Lake, the largest lake in Kerala. As you drift through the peaceful waters, you’ll get glimpses of traditional Kerala villages, fishermen casting their nets, and beautiful birdlife.

A visit to the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary is a must for nature lovers, as it is home to numerous migratory and native birds, including kingfishers, egrets, and herons.

For a unique experience, stop by the Bay Island Driftwood Museum, which features a collection of intricate sculptures made from driftwood and water-sourced wood.

If you’re looking for some adventure, head to Kumarakom Beach, where you can indulge in parasailing, surfing, or simply relax by the shore. Before the day ends, take a boat ride to Pathiramanal Island, a hidden paradise famous for its rich flora, fauna, and natural aquarium.

Day 4Arrival at Alleppey and All-Day Tour (54 minutes – 33 km)

After breakfast, check out and take a short drive to Alleppey, the Venice of the East, where an enchanting backwater experience awaits you.

Start your Alleppey tour with a houseboat cruise through Kuttanad and Vembanad Lake, enjoying the scenic beauty of coconut groves, rice paddies, and charming villages. As you relax onboard, enjoy a delicious Kerala-style meal featuring local delicacies.

Alleppey is also home to beautiful beaches where you can soak in the sun or take part in water activities. If you’re seeking a spiritual retreat, visit the Ambalapuzha Temple, Mannarassala Sri Nagaraja Temple, or one of Alleppey’s historic churches, known for their stunning architecture and peaceful ambiance.

For history buffs, Krishnapuram Palace offers a fascinating glimpse into Kerala’s royal past, with its beautiful murals, antiques, and relics from the Travancore era.

Before ending the day, make a visit to Karumadikuttan, an ancient Buddha statue dating back to the 10th century, providing an interesting insight into Kerala’s Buddhist history.

Day 5Departure

As your Kerala journey comes to an end, wake up to the peaceful sounds of the backwaters, enjoy a traditional Kerala breakfast, and take in the last glimpses of the beautiful landscapes around you.
