Tour Itinerary

Day 1Arrival at Cochin and transfer to Munnar (132.7 km, 4 hours)

Upon arrival at Cochin International Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station, our executive will welcome you and drive you to Munnar, Kerala’s most famous hill station. On the way, stop at Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls, where you can enjoy the refreshing cascade surrounded by dense forests. Upon reaching Munnar, check in at your hotel and spend the evening at leisure. You can explore Munnar town, visit local markets, or take a nature walk through tea gardens before returning to the hotel for the night.

Day 2Full-day sightseeing in Munnar

After breakfast, embark on a full-day tour of Munnar. Visit Mattupetty Dam, a scenic reservoir known for boating and breathtaking views of the Western Ghats. Head to Kundala Lake, a natural lake offering a peaceful retreat surrounded by forests and hills. Stop by Echo Point, where you can experience your voice reverberating through the hills. In the afternoon, visit the Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and vast rolling meadows. Wrap up the day with a visit to Tata Tea Museum, where you can learn about tea processing and history. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3Travel to Alleppey and houseboat stay (170 km, 4 hours 50 minutes)

After breakfast, check out and head to Alleppey, famously known as the “Venice of the East”. Upon arrival, board a traditional Kerala houseboat and embark on a mesmerizing backwater cruise through Vembanad Lake and Kuttanad’s picturesque canals. As you sail, witness lush paddy fields, swaying coconut palms, and glimpses of rural life. A freshly prepared Kerala meal will be served onboard. Enjoy a beautiful sunset over the lake before spending the night on the houseboat, immersed in tranquility.

Day 4Travel to Kovalam and beachside leisure (162.8 km, 4 hours)

After breakfast on the houseboat, check out and drive to Kovalam, Kerala’s most famous beach destination. Upon arrival, check in at your beach resort and spend the rest of the day enjoying the pristine beaches, warm golden sands, and swaying coconut palms. Relax by the Lighthouse Beach, Hawa Beach, or Samudra Beach, or engage in water activities like parasailing and surfing. End the evening watching a mesmerizing sunset over the Arabian Sea before returning to the resort for an overnight stay.

Day 5Explore Kovalam and Trivandrum city

After breakfast, embark on a cultural and heritage tour of Trivandrum, the capital of Kerala. Visit the Padmanabhaswamy Temple, one of the richest temples in the world, known for its Dravidian-style architecture. Next, explore the Napier Museum and Sri Chitra Art Gallery, which house artifacts from Kerala’s royal past. Visit the Trivandrum Zoo, home to exotic species of flora and fauna. Spend the evening relaxing at Shanghumugham Beach before heading back to your hotel in Kovalam.

Day-6Travel to Kanyakumari and sightseeing (90 km, 2 hours 26 minutes)

Wake up early to witness the sunrise over Kovalam Beach. After breakfast, check out and drive to Kanyakumari, the southernmost tip of India. On the way, stop at Padmanabhapuram Palace, an architectural marvel built in traditional Travancore style. Upon reaching Kanyakumari, check in at your hotel and begin sightseeing. Visit the Vivekananda Rock Memorial, where Swami Vivekananda meditated and attained enlightenment. Take a ferry ride to the Thiruvalluvar Statue, a towering structure dedicated to the famous Tamil poet-saint. Day-7Departure
