Day 1 Arrival at the beach station of Varkala

Upon arrival at Trivandrum International Airport or Varkala Railway Station, our executive will receive you and drive you to your hotel in Varkala, a coastal town known for its cliffside beaches and mineral springs. After checking in and freshening up, visit the Papanasam Beach, where the red laterite cliffs meet the Arabian Sea, offering a stunning view. Next, explore the Janardhana Swamy Temple, a 2000-year-old Vishnu temple, followed by a visit to Sivagiri Mutt, the ashram of social reformer Sree Narayana Guru. End the day watching a spectacular sunset from the cliffs, before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2Travel to Kovalam and beachside leisure (57.1 km, 1 hour 38 minutes)

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Kovalam, Kerala’s most popular beach destination. Upon arrival, check in at your beachfront resort and spend the day at leisure. Kovalam is famous for its crescent-shaped beaches, gentle waves, and swaying coconut palms. Relax at Lighthouse Beach, Hawa Beach, and Samudra Beach, enjoying sunbathing, swimming, and water sports like parasailing and surfing. As the sun sets, witness the breathtaking view from Vizhinjam Lighthouse, then return to your resort for an overnight stay.

Day 3Explore Kovalam’s beaches and Ayurvedic retreats

After breakfast, set out for a cultural and wellness experience. Visit the Padmanabhaswamy Temple in Trivandrum, one of the richest temples in the world, renowned for its Dravidian-style architecture. After breakfast, check out and drive to Kanyakumari, the southernmost tip of India, where the Arabian Sea, Indian Ocean, and Bay of Bengal meet. On the way, stop at Padmanabhapuram Palace, a 16th-century wooden palace that was once the capital of Travancore. Upon reaching Kanyakumari, check in at your hotel and visit the Vivekananda Rock Memorial, where Swami Vivekananda meditated and attained enlightenment. Take a ferry ride to the Thiruvalluvar Statue, dedicated to the famous Tamil poet. Witness a stunning sunset at Triveni Sangam, the confluence of three seas, before heading back to your hotel

Day 5Sightseeing in Kanyakumari and Padmanabhapuram Palace

Wake up early to witness a mesmerizing sunrise over Kanyakumari Beach, an experience that draws visitors from all over the world. After breakfast, visit the Kanyakumari Temple, dedicated to Goddess Kanyakumari, and explore the Gandhi Memorial, built at the spot where Mahatma Gandhi’s ashes were kept before immersion. Day 6Travel to Alleppey and houseboat stay (246.3 km, 6 hours)

Upon arrival, board a traditional Kerala houseboat and embark on a scenic backwater cruise through Vembanad Lake and Kuttanad’s lush paddy fields. Day 7Departure
